- Work queues can be sent to a 3rd party dialler with minimal configuration.
- Queue unit times and costs are stored in the data warehouse allowing full user productivity reporting and agreement level processing costs.
ROSSLetters
- Customer letters set up using Microsoft Word allowing the full range of word processing styles and templates for professional and consistent presentation.
- Letters are generated centrally and overnight as often as required, usually daily.
- All letters are stored in the document management system, associated with the customer account for future reference and are easily viewed from users' desktops.
- Document scanning module allows scanning of inbound correspondence into the document management system and attendant appearance on work queues.
